One World Open House 2017

Thanks to everyone who joined us on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at our Burbank Headquarters for Band Pro's One World Open House!

Oscar-winning cinematographer Claudio Miranda, ASC was in attendance and was honored for his ongoing contributions to the art of filmmaking.  Claudio is known for his work on such films as: Only the Brave, Life of Pi, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Tron: Legacy, and many more.

Band Pro’s President & CEO Amnon Band noted: “Claudio Miranda has shot some truly amazing films.  Having him join us for Open House this year as our Guest of Honor was overdue, and a real treat.

Each December Band Pro’s Open House combines the best broadcast and cinema technology along with fine food, drink, and attendees comprising a who’s-who of the global cinematography community.  Participant’s this year include Sony, Canon, RED, Panasonic, Angenieux, Zeiss, Fujinon, IB/E Optics, Sigma, 16x9, Inc., ORCA Bags and many more.  There is no admission fee, and complimentary valet parking is provided.  RSVP is required for admission.

Each year we feature a cross section of the industry’s best new technology and this year was no different. Attendees were treated to over thirty of the top broadcast and cinema equipment manufacturers under the tent outside, with great international cuisine and beverages served inside.  See our Exhibitor List at the bottom of the page for this year's list of participating manufacturers.
